I stayed in a garden villa king and it was so spacious! the outdoor rainforest shower was a total highlight. i spent every evening at mint bar. The beach views were amazing. (i mean, who wouldn't love that?).

the in-room dining orders sometimes didn't arrive. i had asked for a bell boy and waited a very long time (almost three hours!). i also noticed the pillows weren't as comfortable as i expected.

The staff was amazing and always ready to assist. Breakfast was really good, with a large variety of choices and delicious flavors. The hotel also had very good recreational facilities and equipment available..

I found the pillows and bed linens worn. The room cleaning service was not good, with a low standard of cleanliness. It also wasn't directly opposite the beach, requiring a 6-minute walk.

Afternoon tea included Thai sweets and history. It felt special. Staff arranged for us to sit by the koi pond. We had international breakfast, and the waffles were great. The hotel provided a baby cot and a high chair that I requested.
