outdoor shower beach views spacious villa slow service bell boy uncomfortable pillows
I stayed in a garden villa king and it was so spacious! the outdoor rainforest shower was a total highlight. i spent every evening at mint bar. The beach views were amazing. (i mean, who wouldn't love that?).
the in-room dining orders sometimes didn't arrive. i had asked for a bell boy and waited a very long time (almost three hours!). i also noticed the pillows weren't as comfortable as i expected.

amazing staff really good breakfast good equipment worn linens room cleaning beach distance
The staff was amazing and always ready to assist. Breakfast was really good, with a large variety of choices and delicious flavors. The hotel also had very good recreational facilities and equipment available..
I found the pillows and bed linens worn. The room cleaning service was not good, with a low standard of cleanliness. It also wasn't directly opposite the beach, requiring a 6-minute walk.

mixed feelings about this stay
noisy air conditioning limited breakfast
the location was acceptable with easy access to nearby shops.
I had some issues . the breakfast was quite disappointing (i hoped for a little more variety). also, the air conditioning in my room was old and noisy. It was difficult to control the temperature effectively.

lack of view slow resolution
The room i initially received overlooked a roof. i booked a room with a garden view. This was not a garden view. i requested a room change, eventually accommodated. this initial misstep was quite annoying.

I booked the "Family Two-Bedroom Garden Residence". The private pool on the terrace was great. The main pool also had a convenient swim-up bar. Breakfast had a wide variety. The staff provided great service with polite and helpful interactions.
The pillows were not comfortable.

The breakfast buffet offered many options, including fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The hotel restaurants such as Mint Restaurant offered polite service. The food was of very high quality.

koi pond thai sweets friendly staff
Afternoon tea included Thai sweets and history. It felt special. Staff arranged for us to sit by the koi pond. We had international breakfast, and the waffles were great. The hotel provided a baby cot and a high chair that I requested.
The gym equipment looked quite old.

The villa was spacious and had beautiful decor. There was an outdoor rainforest shower. The courtyard overlooked the Coconut Grove Pool. It was exclusively for villa guests.

The staff constantly checked to ensure we were happy. They really cared. Pom checked with guests daily to ensure everything was okay. Harold accommodated a special request for my husband. It was excellent.
